Entrepreneur since 1985. Since 1999 Digital Private Equity Investor, Founder and Group Managing Partner @ MCI. Co-founded and acted as CEO of JTT Computer S.A. – leading CE technology manufacturer and distributor with USD 100M+ revenue (1990-1998).

In 2001 the World Economic Forum awarded with the title of Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum. In 2000, picked as one of the TOP-10 most influential people in the European Internet by Business Week.

In 2015, selected as one of Top-20 Best Polish Managers by Bloomberg Business Week. Guest speaker at many PE/VC conferences, including NOAH, MergerMarket, Founder Forum. Supervisory board member and advisory board member of many of MCI’s portfolio companies across Europe.

MCI, founded in 1999, is one of the most dynamic private equity groups in Europe focused on digital transformation with 600M Euro AUM long term capital and over 100 investments and 70 exits.
Our investment ticket ranges from 25M Euro to 100M Euro and we specialize in providing expansion and buyout capital for European champions within Software as a Service, E-commerce/MarketPlaces, Fintech/Insurtech and Digital Infrastructure/Transformation

MCI was involved in many leading tech/digital investments within EU/CE market as iZettle exited to Paypal, ABC Data exited to ALSO Group, Wirtualna Polska listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, DotCard sold to Nets Group, ATM sold to Goldman Sachs, Mall.cz sold to Naspers Group, Bankier.pl sold to Allegro, Invia/Travelata sold to Rockaway, Netrisk Group invested by TA Associates, Vortex exited to Intel, LifeBrain exited to Investindustrial, Pigu Group invested by MidEuropa.

We are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since February 2001. We co-founded Digital Poland foundation and we are member of the Polish Private Equity Association.
